We are looking to hire an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead the team of a major telecommunications company in Latin America. You will be responsible for defining and implementing user flows, interfaces, user experiences, and visual design, focusing on user journeys. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Management skills * Ability to design high-level product strategies. * Ability to create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and production-ready design deliverables. * Conduct research to uncover pain points, insights, and identify future opportunities. * Develop a systematic vision and design roadmap. * Ensure usability of design systems across different devices (laptops, smartphones, tablets) and supported channels (apps and websites). * Audit and ensure correct implementation. * Collaborate with developers to guarantee design quality and consistency throughout the user experience. * Create specific design documentation to guide other designers and teams. **Desired Profile** ------------------ * More than 5 years of experience. * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. * Competence in user research, user testing, and usability patterns. * Ability to communicate and lead projects across multiple departments. * Ability to communicate design approaches and decisions to diverse audiences. * Enjoy working on large and small projects simultaneously. * Organized, capable of establishing systems and maintaining large-scale documentation. * Skilled in creating and leading usability tests to analyze and identify opportunities for improving user experience design.
