In this role, you will create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes; apply accessibility principles; validate solutions through research; and ensure correct design implementation. You will collaborate with different teams to define, prioritize, and standardize solutions that improve user conversion, retention, and satisfaction. **Location requirement:** This position is open only to candidates residing in Buenos Aires (Capital Federal and surrounding areas). Applications from other countries/cities will not be considered. **What you can expect from this role (Responsibilities)** Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for new features or products, collaborating closely with business and development teams to define viable solutions. Apply accessibility and inclusion principles, supported by qualitative and quantitative research to validate hypotheses and optimize usability. Participate in ideation sessions and workshops with stakeholders, document design decisions, and contribute to maintaining standardized processes. Perform design QA to ensure faithful implementations and optimize the user experience, impacting conversion, retention, and satisfaction. **Requirements:** Completed university academic degree \+4 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products. \+4 years of proficiency in Figma. Knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Agile methodologies. \+4 years of experience in user research and prototype testing. Experience in the financial sector \+2 years of experience in Design Systems **Desirable** Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of accessibility, usability, and responsive design. Experience in visual QA and collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams.
