We look forward to receiving your application!* The **Technical Sales Engineer** is responsible for detecting and/or surveying the needs of customers in the assigned area, to determine which products or services best meet their needs and expectations, promoting commercial development in relation to corporate objectives and ensuring the positioning of products and services within the market segments in which it is developed. **Essential Duties \& Responsibilities:** * Be responsible and technical\-commercial reference for customers and contracts in their geographical area, including making regular business trips to visit clients and monitor service quality. * Commercially develop the area, detecting new business opportunities in existing and new customers, making technical\-commercial visits to customers. * Define annual improvement objectives agreed with customers. * Present services to potential clients in a professional manner. * Streamline technical\-commercial solutions through autonomous management and resolution capacity by activating Fluence resources. * Maintain the link with customer service areas for cases that are necessary (Technical Service, Sales, Engineering, etc.) * Promote the development of a database of customers and potential customers for direct marketing activities. Promote and assist the development of commercial material in the area. * Analyze the customer base, periodicity of operations, amounts and all relevant information to design sales strategies. Manage and organize the information of your client portfolio to analyze results and report to the Coordinator. * Reflect all the consolidated commercial operations in the current administrative management system, complying with the company's internal procedures. * End\-to\-end management of the client with an active operation, ensuring proper service execution on site, operational coordination, and compliance with technical, contractual, and administrative requirements. * Assist the finance area to improve the management of the current accounts of the clients in charge, management of collection of the products and services sold * Efficiently and resolutely manage possible claims from own customers associated with factors such as: deliveries, collections, returns, etc. * Comply with the Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental standards that were communicated to them and promote them among their peers. * Knowledge of waste segregation and matrix of environmental aspects and impacts in the office and dining room sector, of safety and hygiene standards and prevention measures, policies, procedures and records applicable to their area, integrated quality and environmental policy, among others. **Core Competencies:** * Responsible, committed, autonomous, with proactivity, initiative and interest in contributing to the activities in which he/she is responsible for participating, acting with transparency in all his/her actions and maintaining the confidentiality of the issues in his/her charge. * Planning and organizational skills. Manage time efficiently and effectively, prioritizing tasks appropriately. * Communication skills and ability to express their ideas and instructions, as well as to establish good interpersonal relationships. * Ability to work in a team. * Negotiation skills. * Results\-oriented. Analytical sense for problem solving, but with practicality and problem\-solving capacity. * Internal and external customer orientation. Ability to understand and detect customer needs, providing accurate and reliable responses (to internal and external requirements). * Ability to respond effectively and flexibly to high\-pressure situations and work demands.
