We help startups and growing businesses in the US and Europe hire talent from Latin America, combining modern sourcing tools, structured processes, and a strong human approach. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Recruiter who can independently manage recruitment projects and help us close roles for international clients. **Responsibilities** * Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other channels * Screen CVs and assess candidates based on role requirements * Conduct initial interviews with candidates in English and/or Spanish * Manage candidate pipelines and active vacancies * Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process * Present qualified candidates to the team and clients * Coordinate interviews and follow\-ups * Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS / CRM * Support successful placements and long\-term candidate relationships **Requirements** * Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition * Experience sourcing and screening candidates independently * Strong communication skills and attention to detail * English level: Upper\-Intermediate or higher * Ability to manage several vacancies at the same time * Interest in IT, startups, or international recruitment * Result\-oriented mindset **Nice to have** * Experience recruiting for US or European companies * Experience in IT recruitment * Experience working with international candidates and clients * Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, or CRM systems * Spanish or Portuguese language skills **What we offer** * Fixed monthly salary in USD * Attractive bonus for every successfully closed vacancy * Remote work and flexible schedule * Hands\-on experience with international clients and candidates * Opportunity to grow into Senior Recruiter / Lead Recruiter roles * Direct involvement in real hiring projects from day one Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $750,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
