This position follows a 4x1 model (4 days onsite) at our Retiro offices.\- **What You’ll Do:** * Define acquirer product portfolio strategy and evolution in alignment with business priorities, market opportunities, and customer needs. * Lead the product lifecycle from analysis, design, and prioritization through launch, adoption, and continuous optimization. * Collaborate with technology, operations, sales, risk, compliance, and partner teams to ensure high-impact deliveries. * Develop functional requirements, business cases, success metrics, and go-to-market plans for new capabilities or product enhancements. * Analyze payment industry trends, commercial performance, customer behavior, and competitive moves to identify growth opportunities. * Prioritize backlog and initiatives based on financial impact, customer experience, technical complexity, and regulatory compliance. * Monitor product KPIs and recommend actions to increase adoption, revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. * Communicate progress, dependencies, risks, and results to regional and global stakeholders in English and Spanish. **What You Need:** * 5 years of product management experience within acquiring, payments, payment acceptance, or fintech. * 5 years of experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, functional requirements, and initiative prioritization. * 5 years of experience in business analysis, business case development, and tracking product performance metrics. * 5 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, risk, compliance, and sales. * 5 years of experience with acquirer product solutions such as POS, eCommerce, payment gateways, omnichannel, or merchant services. **What Would Be Ideal to Have (Desirable):** * 5 years of experience launching or scaling acquiring products in Latin American markets. * 5 years of experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and working with product and technology squads. * 5 years of experience integrating with processors, payment networks, acquirers, payment facilitators, or technology partners. * 5 years of experience analyzing product data using dashboards, KPIs, and visualization tools. * 5 years of experience using advanced English for documentation, executive meetings, negotiation, and regional coordination. **Our Culture:** Our aspiration is to move money and information in a way that moves the world.
