This role offers growth opportunities, the chance to shape local plans, and the opportunity to generate meaningful impact aligned with our mission of uniting science, technology, and talent to get ahead of disease. **Key Responsibilities** **Marketing Strategy Design and Implementation:** Develop strategic plans to drive growth of the adult vaccine portfolio.* Design, execute, and lead multichannel marketing campaigns aligned with GSK’s commercial objectives.* Analyze market and competitive dynamics, identifying growth opportunities and risks. * **Product Management:** Oversee the lifecycle of assigned vaccines, from launch through maturity.* Manage budgets and resources to maximize return on investment.* Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to adapt international strategies to the Argentine market.* Manage forecasting, budgeting, and commercial performance tracking. * **Stakeholder Engagement:** Work closely with sales, medical, and access teams to ensure effective strategy execution.* Partner with local sales teams for field execution and implementation.* Develop key relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and regulatory authorities. * **Monitoring and Reporting:** Analyze KPIs and performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.* Report progress and results to local and global leadership teams.* Gather customer and stakeholder insights and share findings with global and local teams. * **Compliance and Ethics:** Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, internal policies, and GSK’s ethical standards. **Required Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry and 3 years in product management. + Prior experience in product marketing or portfolio management. + * **Skills:** In-depth knowledge of the Argentine healthcare market. + Excellent communication, leadership, resilience, and teamwork skills.+ Analytical ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. + * **Languages:** Fluent Spanish and advanced English. **Desirable Qualifications:** Experience in cardio-metabolic, endocrinology, and nephrology portfolios* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM management.* Ability to implement innovative, customer-centric strategies.* Experience in planning or executing multichannel or digital marketing campaigns.* Pharmaceutical marketing experience* Project management experience or certification.* Basic financial and forecasting knowledge. * **How to Apply** If this role aligns with your experience and aspirations, we invite you to apply, tell us why this role matters to you, and how you would generate impact.
