It will take all of us working together to deliver solutions to the world’s most critical challenges. **Expected:** * University degree in chemical engineering or related field. * More than 10 years of progressively responsible experience. * Experience in engineering consulting firms is desirable. * Completion of specialization courses in: * Process Design * Project Management * Strong communication skills at all levels * Leadership * Analytical and synthesis capabilities * Ability to organize, plan, and make decisions * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. * English proficiency is desirable. * Field work experience * No relocation offered. * Experience managing projects and process engineering teams in the oil \& gas sector, focusing on crude handling facilities, pipelines, gas treatment and compression systems, and produced water treatment and injection systems. * Participation in process unit designs, including definition of design bases and development of process options for design optimization. * Development of mass and energy balances using process simulation and modeling of unit operations; preparation of basic design memoranda, block flow diagrams, and process flow diagrams. * Piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs). * Preparation and review of design notes, process calculations, specifications, data sheets, rotating and static equipment (treaters, pressure vessels, water storage tanks, knockout drums, heat exchangers, and packaged units). * Experience in designing facilities and infrastructure for client projects, including compression units, glycol systems, amine units, flow stations, water injection units, pipelines and gas pipelines, and pressure relief devices in compliance with international codes and standards such as API, ANSI, ASME, NFPA, OSHA regulations, and client specifications. * Field work experience. * Minimum desired English proficiency: 75%
