Opportunity for learning and development **Company:** ------------ Marsh Corporate **Description:** ---------------- We are seeking a talented individual to join our HRSS Operations team at Marsh. This position is based in Argentina. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days of on-site work per week. **What You’ll Do:** * Support HR operations service activities, including document review, project assistance, report generation, communication with leaders across the company, and other related tasks. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or Public Accounting (regular student with more than 1.5 years remaining to graduate) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / AI tools * Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 days remote) * English level B2 **Preferred Qualifications:** * Organized * Eager to learn * Strong communication skills * Dynamic * Team-oriented Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) is a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
