Key responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on strategic and operational matters * Support the Account Director in developing strategy—or lead strategy development in their absence * Analyze data to derive learnings and insights for the integrated strategic plan (ON and OFF) * Master client digital metrics and, through data analytics, identify optimization opportunities * Monitor correct implementation of the strategy at the client level * Make tactical decisions before, during, and after campaigns * Proactively coordinate with other value-added departments to deliver aligned proposals * Track contractually committed KPIs (CPR optimization, bonuses, and value-added services) Benefits: Wellness Program: We offer access to numerous professionals who can advise you and your family on psychological, nutritional, financial, organizational, maternity/paternity, and other topics.
