Our client is hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to make our marketing engine reliable,measurable, and scalable so the team can ship faster with confidence. You’ll lead the marketing operations day\-to\-day with the support of an external vendor, and you’ll own campaign execution, lead\-flow orchestration, top\-of\-funnel KPI reporting, and MarTech strategy. You’ll partner with Demand Gen, Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, Sales, and BDRs to map ideal MOPs processes, build the automations that support campaigns, and keep reporting front\-and\-center. This role will be: ● Enable the marketing team to run multi\-channel campaigns with reliable data and processes. ● Work with existing marketing operations partners to ensure the highest standards of execution as they create and maintain form handlers, nurture programs, emails, and email templates. ● Document MOPs processes and advocate thoughtful, well\-managed change. ● Design and build automation to accomplish campaign and initiative goals in traditional marketing automation systems and modern, cutting\-edge tools. ● Serve as primary Pardot (MCAE) admin, including email compliance and database management. Our requirements: ● 3\+ years marketing operations experience in the B2B space (SaaS experience preferred) ● Hands\-on, day\-to\-day experience in the administration of a major marketing automation platform (Pardot) ● Salesforce experience from a marketing user perspective, building reports and dashboards ● Experience managing other MarTech tools (like Dreamdata, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Zapier, Clay, etc.) ● Experience tracking and presenting campaign results ● Hands\-on experience working with a B2B lead generation process, including lead stages ● Knowledge of campaign management from a process and automation perspective ● HTML and CSS basics (deep experience with emails and landing pages) Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $3\.000\.000,00 \- $5\.000\.000,00 al mes Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
