In this role, they will partner with the team to ensure adherence to Maintenance and Reliability Engineering strategies. (\#LI\-ES2\) **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------------- * Implement moderately complex reliability excellence activities and identify and prioritize reliability engineering value-creation opportunities. * Execute the development, design, and installation of predictive maintenance programs and technology aligned with area procedures. * Prepare technical reviews of moderately complex projects and collaborate with related areas on new equipment reliability specifications. * Conduct identification and elimination of bad actors and optimization of equipment availability. * Collaborate and provide guidance for maintenance repairs and production processes related to reliability and critical spare parts identification. * Independently resolve moderately complex problems with minimal supervision, escalating more complex issues to appropriate personnel. * Other assigned duties **QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------- ### **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field. * Minimum of two years of related work experience * Knowledge of maintenance process management * Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and reliability * Additional minimum qualifications may apply ### **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Strong knowledge of reliability tools application * Project management experience * Experience in developing and analyzing complex tests * SAP/RCA knowledge * Intermediate English **Our Offer** We provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
