We are seeking a remote (work from home) FUN \& OUTGOING customer service agent to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for every interaction. As a customer service agent, you will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long\-term relationships. \*\*Responsibilities:\*\* 1\. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via PHONE, email, and live chat 2\. Provide accurate information regarding our services, booking process, and terms and conditions. 3\. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers. 5\. Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system. 6\. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 7\. Stay up\-to\-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8\. Follow up with customers to ensure their requests, and inquiries, are addressed satisfactorily. 9\. Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates. 10\. Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS: Highly Fluent in English \& Spanish (both verbal and \& written) Have YOUR OWN reliable computer and high\-speed internet FULL\-TIME \- Available to work Monday through Friday, 8\+ hrs per day, plus 1 or 2 “on\-call” weekends per month 2\+ Years Experience in a customer service role or similar position MULTITASK and work on multiple projects. Experience with computers and being tech\-savvy \- including gmail, google calendar, and slack are a plus PAY: $900 USD per month, plus performance bonuses Job Types: Full\-time, Commission, Permanent Pay: $1,540,251\.00 \- $1,540,252\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you both speak and write a highly fluent level of English? * Do you have your own reliable computer and high\-speed internet?
