Focus on TikTok Shop growth, affiliate programs, and live shopping We are a growing agency seeking a Social Media \& TikTok Shop Specialist. This is a 100% remote, performance\-driven role with a strong focus on TikTok Shop growth—including affiliate programs, live shopping, and GMV optimization—while also owning social strategy across all major platforms. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to build holistic, multi\-platform strategies that turn content into revenue, creators into sales channels, and brands into category leaders. What You’ll Do Cross\-Platform Strategy \& Brand Growth Develop and lead overall social media strategies across TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and emerging platforms, aligned with brand and revenue goals. Ensure platform\-specific execution while maintaining consistent brand positioning and messaging. Translate business objectives into actionable, scalable social plans. TikTok Shop \& Revenue Growth Own TikTok Shop strategy across multiple brands, with a focus on GMV growth, conversion, and scale. Manage and optimize TikTok Shop affiliate programs, including onboarding, communication, content direction, and performance tracking. Support and execute TikTok Live Shopping, including launches, promotional moments, and ongoing live sales initiatives. Analyze performance data to continuously optimize sales velocity, content performance, and ROI. Content Strategy \& Execution Develop and manage multi\-brand content calendars optimized for performance across all platforms. Identify and execute viral trends that drive both engagement and sales. Collaborate with creators, editors, and designers to ensure content is optimized for platform algorithms and commerce best practices. Schedule, publish, and monitor content using tools such as Sprout Social, Sked Social, or similar platforms. Platform \& Market Expertise Stay ahead of algorithm updates, feature launches, and monetization tools across TikTok, TikTok Shop, and Instagram. Monitor competitors and emerging brands to recommend growth\-focused, revenue\-backed strategies. What We’re Looking For 2\+ years of experience building and executing multi\-platform social strategies for growing brands. Proven, hands\-on experience with TikTok Shop, including affiliates, product tagging, promotions, and/or live shopping. Strong understanding of how content, creators, and commerce connect to GMV and revenue outcomes. Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously (agency experience strongly preferred). Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram best practices, trends, and commerce formats.
