A positive and challenging work environment. **Warehouse Operator** **At LIESA, we continue growing and want to welcome a Warehouse Operator to our team** We are looking for a candidate with experience in warehousing and logistics—organized, responsible, and eager to develop within a dynamic environment featuring concrete challenges and growth opportunities. This position will join our logistics department, supporting daily warehouse operations, order picking, merchandise control, and in-person customer service. **Your Mission** Ensure orderly, efficient, and responsible management of warehouse operational tasks, contributing to proper merchandise flow, accurate inventory control, and a positive customer service and delivery experience. **What We Expect from This Role** * Orderliness and efficiency in daily warehouse operations. * Accurate control of merchandise, inventory, and stock levels. * Timely and accurate order preparation and dispatch. * Excellent in-person customer service during deliveries. * Commitment to organization, cleanliness, and teamwork. **Main Responsibilities** * Generate invoices and issue delivery notes for completed orders. * Monitor stock levels and participate in warehouse inventory counts. * Serve customers and deliver merchandise in person. * Receive returns and inspect the condition of returned merchandise. * Assist in order preparation, assembly, and dispatch. * Maintain warehouse order, organization, and cleanliness. * Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure agile and efficient operations. **Candidate Profile** * Completed secondary education — mandatory. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles in warehousing, logistics, or order preparation — mandatory. * Ongoing studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields are valued. * Strong customer service orientation. * Commitment, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. * Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic operational environment. **Our Value Proposition** We offer you the opportunity to join a growing Argentine company with a strong team, a healthy work climate, and opportunities to keep learning and developing professionally.
