




Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Specialist for a 3-month Job Rotation in the Quality Department, responsible for designing and delivering training programs and identifying training needs. Job Description: At **AXA Partners Argentina**, we are conducting a 3-month Job Rotation for the position of **Training Specialist** within the Quality Department / Assistance Business Unit; the incumbent will report to **Valeria Carpio, Head of Quality, Customer Experience \& Operational Trainings SouthLatam.** ***Important Clarification:*** ***During the duration of this Job Rotation, the incumbent’s current working hours will remain unchanged (e.g., if their current schedule is 30 hours per week, they will retain that same workload; likewise, if their current workload is 40 hours per week). However, these hours must be performed within the daytime shift, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.*** The main responsibilities of this role are as follows: * **Design and deliver training programs:** Plan, develop, and conduct onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling training sessions, ensuring content remains relevant and up to date. * **Manage logistics and resource control:** Organize course logistics, monitor attendance and punctuality, and optimize resources to ensure an efficient and effective experience for participants. * **Collaborate in planning and monitoring the annual training plan:** Participate in developing and executing the Annual Training Plan aligned with L\&D and Training Argentina directives, while keeping manuals and instructional materials updated. * **Identify training needs and conduct follow-up:** Continuously identify team improvement areas through data analysis and deliver individual or group coaching based on quality results and detected deviations. * **Prepare reports and administrative tasks:** Draft follow-up and evaluation reports for training courses, perform administrative tasks related to departmental management, and support call evaluations and contract monitoring. * Internal synergy with QA and collaboration in call audit activities. Mandatory Requirements: * Minimum tenure of 1 year.
