We are seeking a Telephone Operator for our Donor Support Service. We are looking for candidates with prior experience in similar roles, preferably holding tertiary education with a social and humanistic orientation, who stand out for their warmth, service orientation, and excellent communication skills. Your day at Biomás: * Answering incoming calls. * Making outbound calls. * Managing requests and inquiries. * Web Virtual Assistant. * Administrative support to the Logistics department. Requirements: * More than 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Tertiary education with a social and humanistic orientation. * Proficiency in Excel. * Excellent communication skills. * Active willingness to learn.
