




Position Summary: Assistance and oversight of technical tasks related to the installation, maintenance, and modernization of elevators, coordinating both in-house and third-party teams. This role serves as the operational liaison between the Technical Planner and both in-house and third-party technical teams, both on-site and at the administrative level. Main Responsibilities Assist and supervise technical work on-site (installations, maintenance, and repairs). Provide technical and logistical support to in-house and third-party technicians. Conduct technical surveys for budgeting purposes. Supervise the use of assigned tools, materials, and vehicles. Daily tracking of work orders and progress via management systems. Control of work order closure, technical reports, and photographic documentation. Coordination and assembly of work teams. Control of materials, inventories, and the toolroom. Ongoing reporting to the Technical Planner. Recording of technical staff updates for HR. Answering emergency on-call telephone duties. Team leadership skills. (Mandatory) Toolroom management. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within elevator industry companies. Solid technical knowledge of elevators and familiarity with trade-specific tools. Valid driver's license (Mandatory). **Completed technical secondary education:** Electronics, Electrician, or Electromechanics. Proficiency with computer tools (Windows, Office, Android).
