You will be responsible for overseeing and managing workers assigned to this service, engaging with them daily to motivate them and resolve any questions or issues arising in their roles. Through close collaboration with the client, you will identify areas for service and process improvement, with autonomy to implement initiatives. Responsibilities: \- Coordination of client portfolios in the industrial and logistics sector. \- Management of teams comprising 80\-140 workers. \- Liaison with clients (Operations, HR, Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Logistics, Finance). \- Liaison with suppliers. \- Liaison with project managers, team leaders, workers, and labor unions. \- Management of profit-and-loss accounts, budget compliance, portfolio forecast preparation, review and control of direct and indirect costs, and monitoring and analysis of variances. \- Implementation of continuous improvement methodology and application of lean manufacturing principles. \- Management of process and procedure improvement proposals. \- Coordination on occupational health and safety (OHS) matters. Management of OHS committees (CAE), basic worker onboarding documentation, implementation of preventive measures, identification, analysis and reporting of occupational hazards (OPS), and proposals for preventive improvements. \- Planning service structures to enhance productivity. \- Scheduling of work calendars, shift rosters, vacation planning, absenteeism tracking, and management of time-tracking platforms. \- Planning training and informational activities to ensure smooth service operations and safeguard the safety of all team members under your supervision. \- Generation and reporting of information, KPIs, SLAs, etc., within the relevant management dashboard. ### **Requirements** \- Experience in outsourcing. \- Management of multiple projects simultaneously. \- Team management experience (30 people). \- Knowledge of industrial and/or logistics environments. \- Knowledge of HR practices. \- Knowledge of lean manufacturing. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills). \- Willingness to travel across Andalusia. ### **What We Offer** \- We care about your successful integration into the role.
