





We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team in the U.S., with a strong focus on organization, efficiency, and high-volume process management. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers through interview coordination, logistical support, and administrative accuracy. Job Description: Job Responsibilities Interview Coordination * Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual interviews, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. * Serve as the first point of contact for any logistical or scheduling issues related to interviews. * Send timely updates and communications to all parties involved in the process. Recruiting Operations * Provide logistical and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure efficient hiring processes. * Manage administrative tasks such as initiating background checks, following up on results, and updating candidate statuses in Workday. * Execute the set-to-hire process in Workday, ensuring compliance and data accuracy. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in recruitment systems. * Proactively identify and resolve logistical challenges or scheduling conflicts. Requirements * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) * Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Recruiting Coordinator/HR professional is highly valued. * Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. * Exceptional attention to detail and precision in execution. * Proficiency in Outlook, Workday, and Excel. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Proactive, solution-oriented profile with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the team.
