We invite you to help build the future by taking responsibility for: * Training staff on standardizing plant processes * Improving workstations by addressing Safety, Ergonomics, and Productivity. Monitoring production processes to meet productivity and performance requirements, ensuring required quality standards, and efficiently managing human and material resources—all while adhering to the company’s Policy, Mission, and Vision. * Anticipating plant needs and providing related advisory support. * Knowing how to respond to environmental impacts (spills, fires, etc.). * Defining and developing manufacturing and control processes, rework standards, etc. We seek a candidate passionate about excellence who meets the following requirements: * Advanced student pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP * Prior experience in process engineering within a production plant. We seek a person skilled at solving problems practically and proposing solutions; proactive in assuming responsibilities; and eager to learn in a dynamic environment—proactive, curious, and enthusiastic about contributing ideas to the team.
