Structured as a matrix organization comprising six geographic regions and ten platforms, Louis Dreyfus Company operates in more than 100 countries and employs approximately 18,000 people globally. **Job Description** We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor for our Timbúes plant team, who will perform the following responsibilities: * Ensure quality in grain reception and storage, complying with established standards. * Coordinate maintenance tasks and operational meetings to ensure efficiency. * Supervise compliance with safety regulations, use of personal protective equipment, and workplace order. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and internal projects. * Ensure proper implementation of Quality, Safety, and Asset Security policies. **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles. * Education: Grain, legume, and oilseed classifier certification; completed secondary education (preferably technical) or engineering degrees (Chemical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial). * Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Project). * Intermediate English level (not mandatory). * SAP knowledge (desirable). * Competencies + Leadership and teamwork. + Planning and control. + Technical ability and proactivity. + Effective communication. **Additional Information** * Ability to work in dynamic environments, with a results-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
