




Position Summary: We are seeking an advanced student to join our Human Resources team, managing internal communications, providing administrative and logistical support, and participating in special projects. In this role, you will be responsible for: * Managing internal communications and channels for the HR department, ensuring timely and HR-guideline-aligned information. * Supporting HR processes by collaborating with the team on executing operational and administrative activities. * Updating and maintaining onboarding materials, as well as accompanying and supporting leaders during new employee onboarding. * Addressing and responding to employee inquiries in coordination with the HR team, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. * Conducting ongoing follow-up on departmental processes and providing general support to the Human Resources team. * Performing administrative and operational tasks, including purchase order management and preparation. * Providing logistical and operational support for special events organized by the HR department. * Actively participating in and supporting special projects within the Human Resources department. **About Us** You already know our legendary brands: Huggies®, Kleenex®, Scott®, Kotex®, Plenitud®, and Kimberly\-Clark Professional®—just like the rest of the world.
