





We are looking for an HR Analyst – Development \& Benefits to join our team and support the employee experience throughout all stages of their employment journey. This role plays a key part in benefits, organizational climate, onboarding, training, and recognition programs, contributing to a close-knit, human-centered, and well-being-oriented culture. Responsibilities **Manage the benefits program:** allocations, incentives, special leaves, and recognition. Participate in the design and implementation of the onboarding and induction program for administrative, operational, and supervisory hires. Conduct active listening sessions with operational and administrative staff. Provide support for workplace climate initiatives, including surveys, reports, and analysis. Collaborate on internal training programs (soft skills, culture, best practices). Support the internal Recognition System, tracking metrics and deliverables. Administer digital documentation and records for the department. Manage internal communications (announcements, campaigns, commemorations, updates). Work closely with Supervision, Operations, and Coordination to monitor individual cases: absenteeism, reintegration, follow-up, contingencies. Requirements **Completed university degree in:** Human Resources Labor Relations Psychology with organizational focus Experience **1 to 3 years of experience in HR soft areas:** Climate and culture Development Benefits / Well-being Training Internal communications / Employee Experience Experience in service companies, retail, logistics, or facility management will be valued.
