Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive Dispatch Leader with experience in operational warehouse management to optimize resources and ensure efficient deliveries at a flexible packaging company. Ensures quality and food safety in packaging and palletizing We are a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging, currently seeking a **Dispatch Leader** to join our Plant team located in **Lomas del Mirador**. We seek a proactive candidate with strong leadership skills, organizational ability, and experience in operational warehouse and dispatch management within industrial environments. Your primary objective will be to ensure that finished products reach our customers on time and in full, optimizing departmental resources. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Team Coordination:** Lead, organize, and supervise daily tasks of the dispatch and warehouse staff (order picking, loading, and unloading). * **Delivery Planning:** Coordinate distribution logistics, routing, and transport assignment. * **Stock Control:** Monitor finished goods inventory (rolls, bags, sleeves, etc.) and ensure data reliability in the system. * **Order Preparation (Picking):** Ensure packaging and palletizing meet the quality and food safety standards required by the flexible packaging industry. * **Documentation:** Control and issue documentation for outgoing goods (delivery notes, route sheets, loading orders). * **Continuous Improvement:** Propose optimizations for warehouse physical layout and dispatch processes. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 2–3 years in similar supervisory or dispatch leadership roles, preferably in plastic, packaging, printing, or continuous-process industries. * **Education:** Completed secondary education (mandatory). Tertiary or university studies in Logistics, Industrial Organization, or related fields are valued. * **Computer Tools:** Proficiency in management systems (ERP) and intermediate Excel skills. * **Key Competencies:** Operational leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving under pressure, and attention to detail (essential for controlling order specifications).
