**Unilever is hiring a Digital Head** ============================================= **Function:** Supply Chain **Work Level:** 1D **Reports to:** Transformation Manager **Scope:** Local **Location:** Tortuguitas Plant, Argentina. **Terms & Conditions:** Full time. **Job Objective** Lead the team responsible for digitalization and automation of processes at the plant, maximizing safety, quality, productivity, and real-time data capture. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and scale technological solutions to optimize production and logistics processes. * Lead a portfolio of digitalization and automation projects (from technical design through to commissioning), prioritizing impact on safety, quality, and cost. * Lead initiatives for connectivity and real-time data capture, ensuring integration into corporate systems. * Work on the plant’s data architecture, ensuring its reliability. * Promote a cultural shift toward digitalization across all areas of the factory. **Required Knowledge** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced English language proficiency. * Desirable: Knowledge of data science and advanced analytics. * Experience in production processes within the fast-moving consumer goods industry or Industry 4.0 projects. * Knowledge of Power Platform and data visualization tools.
