Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the commercial development and sales of Kersia’s products and services, and for coordinating distribution networks with milk producers in the Santa Fe Province region. Key responsibilities include: * Ensuring sales and collections development within your territory through customer prospecting and retention. * Planning and implementing commercial promotion activities, and providing information and feedback on these initiatives (e.g., promotional campaigns, proposals for sales tools, etc.). * Providing support tools, training, and facilitation for dairy product distributors and producers. * Developing a technical training plan for distributors. * Organizing and leading, in collaboration with distributors, a prospecting approach within your territory. * Submitting the corresponding Purchase Order to Kersia’s administration and performing collections as required, issuing receipts. * Preparing and submitting technical and commercial reports to your superiors. * Proposing commercial documents to dairy farmers. * Organizing and conducting informational meetings for milk producers in partnership with distributors. * Regularly communicating with and explaining technical and economic data to distributors and dairy producers. * Providing information and feedback on competitors’ products and commercial practices encountered in the field. * Providing information and feedback on local prospects and distributors to management. * Ensuring presentation of your business results. * Maintaining an up-to-date CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. * Ensuring compliance with SGI standards in all assigned tasks. **Education:** Completed tertiary education in Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary Science, or Agronomic Technician. **Required experience:** Minimum two years of professional experience or internship in milk production, or two years of commercial experience. **Required knowledge:** Farm/dairy hygiene **Behavioral skills:** Negotiation, Persuasion, Working under pressure Willingness to travel. Residence in Esperanza, Rafaela, or within a maximum radius of 30 km from either of these two locations in Santa Fe.
