Position Summary: We are seeking a Training, Development, and Quality Analyst to lead the design and implementation of technical training programs and career development plans, ensuring certification and competency standards. Position Mission: Act as the comprehensive training reference for various plant areas, leading the design and execution of technical training and career development programs. The central objective is to ensure that human capital achieves the necessary certification and competency standards to enhance the business’s strategic outcomes. Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor technical and quality training programs across different operational sectors. Manage the end-to-end training cycle: from needs assessment through vendor contracting to certification of specific courses. Analyze and report key training indicators (KPIs) with direct impact on industrial efficiency. Serve as a cross-functional liaison among plant departments, negotiating priorities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements during audit processes. Actively participate in the continuous improvement of Human Resources processes, challenging current structures to optimize talent management. Requirements: Graduates or advanced students in Engineering, Human Resources, Communications, or related fields. Candidates with Technical Degrees and solid professional experience will also be considered. Prior experience in Human Resources areas, with a generalist perspective and focus on training processes. Profile demonstrating strong self-management skills, proactivity, and firmness when interacting with diverse hierarchical and technical levels.
