We are an educational institution dedicated to professionalizing the automotive and motorcycle mechanics world 🌍 🚗🏍️ We are currently seeking a Senior Professional Development Analyst to join our STAFF. We are targeting candidates with experience in employability, professional development, and corporate engagement within educational institutions. This position will report to the HR Management team and will play an active role in creating, developing, and consolidating the area. What are we looking for? A candidate capable of implementing and developing the Professional Development area, strengthening students’ and graduates’ employability and labor market integration, and serving as a liaison between the institution and the business sector. Academic Qualifications: Completed university degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Administration, Communications, or related fields. Certifications or training in Employability, Professional Development, Career Guidance, Project Management, and Indicator Analysis will be valued. Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Professional Development, Employability, or Corporate Engagement areas within educational institutions. Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to build, maintain, and develop long-term professional relationships. Results-oriented mindset and service vocation. Organizational, planning, and multitasking project management skills. Proactivity, initiative, and autonomy. Negotiation and agreement management skills. Empathy, strong interpersonal relationship skills, and responsibility. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in computer and management tools (Excel, presentations, indicator tracking). Responsibilities: Implement, develop, and consolidate the Professional Development area. Design and manage the employability process for students and graduates. Generate and monitor labor market integration indicators. Develop and maintain relationships with sector companies, business chambers, and consulting firms. Manage agreements, job opportunities, and professional internships. Organize employability events: networking sessions, talks, workshops, and company meetings. Coordinate employability workshops (CV writing, interviews, professional profiles, labor market trends). Track graduates and survey their employment status. Propose and implement initiatives to strengthen students’ professional development. Serve as a liaison among the institution, students, graduates, and the business sector.
