We seek a candidate with solid experience in agile methodologies, technology project management, and stakeholder coordination—capable of driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and delivery excellence. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead agile software development teams, facilitating the adoption and execution of Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks. * Manage technology projects throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries with a focus on business value. * Coordinate work among technical teams and key stakeholders (development, QA, architecture, product, and business), promoting effective communication and impediment resolution. * Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and lead release planning—driving continuous improvement and best practices in engineering and DevOps. ### **Requirements** * **5+ years of experience** as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager * Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (**SDLC**): requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support * Experience working with agile methodologies (**Scrum, Kanban**, and/or hybrid frameworks) * Knowledge of software engineering processes, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management * Experience in project, risk, and stakeholder management * Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments * Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills * Proficiency with agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Apply now! **Job Description \- Grade Specific** -------------------------------------
