Coordinate, supervise, and optimize shift operations, ensuring compliance with production plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. Act as the liaison between different plant departments, leading an operational team in a continuous process environment. What are we looking for? We seek candidates with strong operational judgment, capable of making real-time decisions and leading on-site teams. Graduates in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering disciplines (mandatory). Experience in industrial environments and plant operations.
