Descripción del empleo: Must\-have experience: Strong React Native experience (Expo bare workflow preferred) Solid JavaScript Experience with Legend State Experience with Jest (unit testing) Familiarity with MUI Comfortable working in VS Code Experience troubleshooting cross\-platform rendering differences (Android vs iOS) We have an existing Expo bare workflow codebase built with an offline\-first architecture. Our initial releases have been Android\-only (company\-managed devices), and we are now expanding to support BYOD, which requires a stable iOS release. We already have an iOS build, but some screens do not render correctly on iOS. A key part of this role will be: Identifying and fixing UI/UX rendering discrepancies on iOS Ensuring styling and layout balance between Android and iOS Improving platform\-specific behavior where needed Android knowledge: Helpful but not critical We have very limited custom Kotlin code (primarily for MAM integration) Most of our development remains in React Native iOS / Swift knowledge: More important than Android expertise We will need custom Swift development for MAM integration Ability to debug in Xcode Comfortable reviewing logs and troubleshooting native\-layer issues This is not a fully native mobile role, but the candidate should be comfortable navigating native layers when necessary. Our backend is: C\# .NET Entity Framework We split work between frontend and backend developers. We are open to full\-stack developers, but the primary need is frontend/mobile. Backend changes may be required occasionally, but deep backend specialization is not the main focus. Nature of Work This will be a mix of fixes and new development, including: Addressing 1\.0 pilot issues Stabilizing and polishing the iOS version Supporting BYOD rollout Building a second mobile app (kiosk mode for warehouse workers) Adding new features to the current mobile application Tools \& Debugging Day\-to\-day: VS Code For advanced debugging and log review: Android Studio Xcode
