Drive migration activities across the full project lifecycle We are seeking a **Senior Data Migration Expert** with experience in SAP modules to join our team. The Data Migration Expert is responsible for the overall end\-to\-end execution of their data migration area and objects, working closely with local business and functional teams. This role serves as a bridge between the Global Data Migration Expert and the DM Execution business teams to ensure local requirements are captured in conversion workbooks. **Responsibilities** * Take on a role applicable to large ERP programs, with responsibilities that may also be assumed by Global Data Migration Experts (GDMEs) on specific projects * Act as the deployment wave focal point for the data objects in scope of the deployment project migration and local data migration activities * Engage with Business Data Owners (BDOs) at global, regional, and local levels, along with deployment Functional Experts, ETL team members, and legacy system teams * Drive migration activities across the full lifecycle of the deployment project * Verify data transformation tools and validate their outputs for deployment wave projects * Prepare Data Migration Workbench (DMW) load files and perform initial verification of migrated data * Execute Data Verification Testing (DVT) scripts to confirm the accuracy and completeness of migrated data * Coordinate the resolution of defects and hypercare incidents related to the data objects under responsibility * Resolve design defects locally or escalate them to Global Data Migration Experts (GDMEs) as needed **Requirements** * At least 3 years of professional relevant experience in data migration or related roles * Strong hands\-on experience with SAP, including SAP S/4 HANA and ECC environments * Working knowledge of SAP Batch Management (BM), Inventory Management (IM), and Extended Warehouse Management (eWM) * Understanding of integration touchpoints with FI/CO, SD, PP, MM, and QM modules, particularly within a Lifesciences or GxP environment * Solid ERP project implementation background gained through participation in large\-scale programs * Both strategic and hands\-on approach to work, including running meetings, tracking progress, and managing issues effectively * Deep experience in executing data migration in multi\-country and multi\-system environments * Proven experience with data migration testing methodologies and practices * SAP certification in at least one relevant functional area, along with hands\-on knowledge of SAP BODS * Knowledge of GxP requirements and Computer System Validation (CSV) practices * Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher, both written and verbal **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
