Great people, bold ideas, and a sharp focus on user experience set us apart **Purpose** We are looking for a **QA Coordinator** to lead and scale the quality strategy across our products, teams, and markets. Your mission will be to transform QA into a strategic enabler of delivery, reliability, and player experience, ensuring high\-quality standards across Web, Mobile, and backend systems in a fast\-paced and high\-growth environment. **In this role, you’ll** * Lead and evolve the QA strategy across products, teams, and markets. * Own end\-to\-end product quality across Web, Mobile, and backend systems. * Coordinate QA efforts across squads, ensuring high\-quality releases and scalable processes. * Drive automation initiatives and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. * Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to embed quality early in the development lifecycle. * Monitor quality KPIs and continuously improve processes, workflows, and delivery standards. * Mentor and support QA team members across manual and automation testing practices. **What we look for in an exceptional candidate** * 5\+ years of experience in QA, including leadership or coordination responsibilities. * Strong experience in manual testing across Web, iOS, and Android. * Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and modern software architectures. * Experience with API testing and automation tools such as Postman, Cypress, or similar. * Experience defining QA processes and automation strategies in fast\-paced environments. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Advanced English skills. **Bonus points if you also have** * Portuguese language skills. * Experience in Gaming, Betting, Fintech, or highly transactional digital products. * Experience scaling QA processes across multiple teams or markets. * Strong understanding of the business impact of quality, including user experience, retention, and operational performance. * Experience balancing hands\-on execution with strategic quality leadership in complex environments. **How we do things** * We don’t just execute — we own outcomes * We challenge ideas, not people * We move fast, but we build things to last **We expect every team member to live our values** **Accountability \& Ownership –** Take charge, own your craft **Reliability –** Deliver with quality and consistency **Teamwork –** Collaborate, challenge, and grow together **Winner Spirit –** Compete with purpose and grit **Wellbeing –** Build a career that energizes you **Curiosity \& Innovation –** Keep questioning.
