Job Summary: BYMA is seeking a Semi-Senior QA Analyst to ensure the quality of technological solutions by designing, executing, and improving tests on critical applications, collaborating with teams, and contributing to continuous improvement. Your objective will be to ensure the quality of BYMA’s technological solutions by actively participating in the definition, execution, and improvement of tests on business-critical applications. We seek an analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual who supports the development team in delivering reliable and efficient user experiences. ️ What will be your challenges in the **\#SoftwareDevelopment** area? * Design, write, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases. * Execute manual tests to detect defects and document them clearly and precisely. * Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to validate correct solution behavior. * Identify, report, and track defects in collaboration with development teams. * Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand needs and resolve incidents. * Participate in team ceremonies and meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes.
