Your day-to-day... * Statistically analyze processes and losses to identify improvement opportunities; * Design and implement improvement plans based on findings; * Coordinate and execute trials of new technologies and materials, determining the course of action based on results; * Serve as the point of contact with the region/global to incorporate and share best practices for improvement; * Manage change through the design, adaptation, and maintenance of process specifications; * Design, adapt, and structure processes to meet customer requirements while complying with company standards; * Maintain management systems and comply with appropriate audits. Who we’re looking for... * Graduate in Engineering with experience in continuous improvement roles applying Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma or similar (mandatory); * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (root cause analysis, Pareto charts, fishbone diagrams, 8D, etc.); * Solid knowledge of statistics; * Intermediate/advanced level of English (mandatory); * Advanced Office suite (Excel mandatory) and SAP (desirable).
