We seek a candidate with strong experience in **logistics operations**, leadership and team management capabilities, and a strong orientation toward organizational efficiency and operational process improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate logistics operations and work teams. * Organize and supervise operational tasks. * Manage customer relationships and communications. * Monitor and analyze management indicators and control dashboards. * Manage inventory and track KPIs. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. * Utilize logistics operation management systems and related tools. **Requirements** * University degree in **Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields**. * **Mandatory 5 years of experience in logistics operations within the pharmaceutical industry.** * Demonstrable experience in leadership and personnel management. * Knowledge of management systems/ERP. * Experience in handling **WMS/TMS**. * Proficiency with warehouse and inventory management tools. * Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset with commitment to continuous improvement. **Work Location:** Grand Bourg and surrounding areas.
