No office politics, no hidden agendas \- just people who care about doing good work together and supporting each other to get there. **Requirements** ### **Your Responsibilities** * Architecting, building, and maintaining high\-performance, reusable, and reliable React Native applications for both iOS and Android. * Leading a team of React Native developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews. * Collaborating with cross\-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to define, design, and ship new features. * Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application. * Identifying and correcting bottlenecks, fixing bugs, and ensuring the application is running smoothly. * Implementing and maintaining robust unit, integration, and end\-to\-end tests. * Researching and implementing new technologies and best practices to improve development efficiency and application quality. * Maintaining documentation and promoting knowledge sharing within the team. * Participating in the entire application lifecycle, from conception to deployment. ### **What We’re Looking For** * 5\+ years of experience in mobile development with a focus on React Native. * Proven experience in architecting, building, and maintaining high\-performance, reusable, and reliable React Native applications for both iOS and Android. * Strong technical leadership experience, including providing guidance, mentorship, and conducting thorough code reviews for a team of React Native developers. * Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working effectively with cross\-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers) to define, design, and implement new features. * Deep understanding of application performance optimization, quality assurance, and responsiveness best practices. * Expertise in identifying and resolving application bottlenecks, debugging, and fixing bugs to ensure smooth application operation. * Proficiency in implementing and maintaining robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end\-to\-end tests. * Demonstrated ability to research, evaluate, and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance development efficiency and application quality. * Commitment to maintaining comprehensive documentation and promoting knowledge sharing within the development team. * Experience participating in and contributing to the entire application development lifecycle, from initial conception through to deployment.
