Location \& Work Arrangement This is a **hybrid on\-site role based in Buenos Aires.** Candidates must be located in the city or surrounding areas to comply with the following schedule: * 3 days per week in the office. * 2 days per week remote. **Key Requirements** * 4\+ years of experience with Java * Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud * Experience with testing (unit, integration, system), including test case creation and execution * Experience with GitLab (version control and CI/CD workflows) * Strong focus on quality and collaboration with QA * Experience in enterprise‑level development is a plus * Fluent English (spoken and written) or Intermediate Strong at least * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross‑cultural environment
