Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the technical development of dashboards, internal tools, and delivery infrastructure, working on end-to-end web applications. Participate in architectural decisions and mentoring We are looking for our next **Senior Full Stack Developer** to join our team and lead the technical development of client-facing dashboards, internal tools, and delivery infrastructure. What will you do? * Develop **end\-to\-end** web applications—from data models and APIs to frontend and deployment. * Build and maintain dashboards for clients and internal tools. * Develop frontend with **JavaScript/React**, and backend with **Node.js and/or Python**. * Design and consume **REST APIs**, and work with SQL/NoSQL databases. * Create reusable components and evolve our **Design System**. * Work with **Cloudflare Pages, Workers, and Access**. * Implement security best practices, avoiding exposure of credentials or sensitive data. * Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and mentoring of other developers. What are we looking for? * **5\+ years of experience** in Full Stack development. * AI-focused coding practice * Solid experience with **React, JavaScript, Node.js and/or Python**. * Experience with REST APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases. * Knowledge of architecture, testing, security, and deployment. * Ability to work autonomously and make technical decisions. * Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills. * Experience with Cloudflare and/or Design Systems is a plus. Work Model * **100% remote** * **Residency in Argentina (mandatory)** * **Full-time (48 hours per week)** * **Monday to Friday** * Distributed team across Latin America * Reports to **Head of Product MX** What do we expect from this role?
