Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines expertise, passion, and the energy required to continue building our future! **What are we looking for?** A professional to perform the role of Execution and Completion Engineer within the Drilling & Workover Directorate. **What will be your main challenges?** Apply design fundamentals in completion operations, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards, optimizing costs and timelines, and safeguarding people and the environment. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Develop well completion or remediation programs, defining operational sequence, timelines, and costs while adhering to design fundamentals. * Request and review technical proposals from service companies, incorporating them into the operational program. * Ensure adherence to defined programs, anticipating operational changes and adjusting plans as needed. * Actively participate in Continuous Improvement Cells (TPS), manage deviations at locations and/or contractor bases. * Provide technical support and manage Change Management requests, participating in risk analyses and mitigation planning. * Organize and lead pre-operational and post-operational meetings (fracture set, post-frac, and special operations). * Prepare final well reports (IFDP) and deviation analysis versus execution. * Identify and document lessons learned and best practices. * Participate in investigations of quality deviations and CMASS. * Control data quality in Open Well. **What do we value as differentiators?** * **Academic background:** Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline (Petroleum / Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical, etc.) * **Professional experience:** More than 3 years in similar engineering or operational roles * **Technical knowledge:** Unconventional fracturing operations, Plug and Perf, PumpDown, Coiled Tubing, FPDO, Fracture Stack and Wellheads, Fishing Tools, BIF, etc. * **Computer skills:** Office, Advanced Excel, Data Analyzer, Open Well, Power BI. * **Competencies:** Teamwork / Strong interpersonal relationships / Data analysis / Results orientation / Initiative and proactivity. * **Language:** Intermediate English (non-exclusive) **Position Information** **Work location:** Neuquén, with up to two weekly visits to operations in Añelo. **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday / Availability to cover on-call duties. **Direct supervisor:** Completion Engineering Manager **Team size:** None **Travel availability:** Yes, occasionally. **What do we offer?** An environment where you can contribute your most valuable asset: your energy — the energy that drives, adapts, learns, adds value, and transforms.
