Position Summary: We are seeking a Drilling Equipment Engineer to train in safety standards, optimize drilling plans, and analyze well performance. Key Highlights: 1. For our client Pan American Energy, we are looking for a Drilling Equipment Engineer to join our team in Golfo San Jorge. **Key Challenges:** Train in safety, quality, and environmental standards to develop high-performance drilling plans. Develop, optimize, and update drilling programs, schedules, and operational strategies, ensuring alignment with cost, time, and efficiency objectives. Learn to run simulations using specialized engineering tools (well trajectories, hydraulics, torque and drag, casing design) to optimize well design and operational performance. Manage and ensure data quality within company systems. Build effective communication across engineering, operations, logistics, and service companies. Participate in key meetings such as pre\-spud meetings and program approval processes. Monitor well performance (KPIs, time metrics, ROP, NPT), identify deviations, and propose improvement actions. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, data quality reviews, audits, and After Action Reviews (AAR). Requirements Graduate in Engineering (Petroleum, Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields). Experience in data management and operational information quality control is preferred. Proficiency in tools such as Power BI or skills in analysis/programming are preferred. **We Value:** Prioritization of safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence.
