To find out more visit www.lenovo.com, and read about the latest news via our StoryHub. ### **Description and Requirements** **Role Purpose** As a Channel Operations Intern, you will support the Latin America Channel Operations team in the execution, validation, and follow\-up of partner benefit programs. This role focuses on operational accuracy, process execution, and system support, ensuring that partner program requests are processed on time and according to defined eligibility and documentation requirements. The intern will also actively support the go\-live and stabilization of a newly launched benefits and incentive management tool (SDMS 2\.0 – Soft Dollar Management System), identifying system inefficiencies, participating in testing activities, and contributing to continuous process improvements. This position plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, accuracy, and partner satisfaction across the region. **Key Responsibilities** * Process and validate partner benefit program requests according to defined eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and established SLAs. * Register, update, and track program requests within internal systems and tools. * Support program creation and management within the new benefits management platform (SDMS 2\.0\). * Perform system testing activities, identify issues or inefficiencies, and support platform improvements during and after go\-live. * Manage manual validation tasks related to specific programs and incentives. * Support the end\-to\-end management of channel programs, including communication of available funds to distributors and resellers, validation of activities aligned with program scope, and execution of payment requests. * Generate basic reports related to request status, operational metrics, and process tracking. * Collaborate with regional Channel Operations and commercial teams to ensure complete and timely submission of required information. * Contribute ideas and actions aimed at improving processes, efficiency, and overall operational performance. **✅ Requirements** * Advanced student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or related fields. * Intermediate level of English (written and oral). * Strong knowledge of Excel and general office tools (Outlook, SharePoint). * Team\-oriented profile with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges. * Availability to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. **Location:** Av. del Libertador 7208, C1429 Cdad.
