We are hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant to support our SEO and Paid Media Specialists with execution\-focused tasks. This is a production role with growth potential for candidates who demonstrate reliability, precision, and initiative. ROLE OVERVIEW This role is ideal for someone who wants hands\-on experience in SEO and Google Ads while working alongside experienced digital marketing professionals. You will not be managing clients directly. You will be supporting specialists with research, implementation, optimization, reporting, and QA tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES **SEO Support Tasks** * Keyword research using SEO tools * Competitor analysis * On\-page optimization implementation * Meta title and description writing * Internal linking updates * Content formatting and publishing * Basic technical SEO checks * QA for published pages * Local SEO updates * Google Search Console monitoring **Google Ads Support Tasks** * Campaign setup assistance * Keyword expansion and match type updates * Negative keyword management * Ad copy drafting * Ad extension updates * Budget pacing checks * Performance reporting support * Conversion tracking QA **Administrative \& Process Tasks** * Data entry and spreadsheet organization * CRM updates * Report formatting * Following documented SOPs * Task tracking and deadline adherence REQUIREMENTS * Availability during U.S. business hours * Strong written English * High attention to detail * Ability to follow SOPs exactly * Comfortable working inside spreadsheets * Basic understanding of SEO or Google Ads (formal experience not required) * Reliable internet connection * Ability to communicate clearly and professionally PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED) * Experience with Google Ads * Experience with Google Analytics or Search Console * Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools * Experience working in an agency environment * Basic HTML understanding COMPENSATION * $7\.00 to $15\.00 per hour depending on skill level and experience * Performance\-based increases available * Opportunity for long\-term growth into Specialist roles WHO THIS IS FOR This role is for someone who: * Wants real digital marketing experience * Is willing to learn quickly * Takes ownership of assigned tasks * Thrives in structured systems * Wants upward mobility based on performance This role is not for someone who: * Misses deadlines * Needs constant supervision * Avoids accountability * Is unavailable during U.S. working hours HOW TO APPLY Apply directly through Indeed.
