DK Consultores is seeking an Architect to serve as SITE MANAGER for an Architecture Studio. **Key Responsibilities:** End-to-end site management: coordination of tasks, teams, and contractors. On-site progress supervision, quality control, and adherence to deadlines. Management of technical documentation, construction drawings, and quantity takeoffs. Control of materials, resources, and costs. Preparation of site reports, progress reports, and certifications. Interaction with suppliers, clients, inspectors, and regulatory bodies. Monitoring of schedules, weekly planning, and resolution of deviations. **Requirements:** * University degree in Architecture (mandatory). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in site management. * **Personal transportation (mandatory) for frequent travel between construction sites within the AMBA region.** * English proficiency at intermediate/advanced level. * Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D plus knowledge of 3D software (Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD or similar). * Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Work Modality: On-site – Munro, Greater Buenos Aires North. Includes site visits within the AMBA region. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time.
