Job Summary: We are seeking Fiber Optic Installation Technicians for residential installation and maintenance, technical issue resolution, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Field installation and maintenance of fiber optic (FTTH) networks 2. Technical issue diagnosis and resolution 3. Initial training and employment under the UOCRA collective agreement We are currently looking for Fiber Optic Installation Technicians to join our field installation and maintenance team in the Don Torcuato area. Main Responsibilities • Residential fiber optic (FTTH) installation • Cable laying and work at heights • Network maintenance and repair • Use of hand tools and ladders • Technical issue diagnosis and resolution • On-site customer service • Compliance with safety and quality standards • Teamwork Requirements • Completed secondary education • Valid driver's license class B1 or higher – MANDATORY • Full-time availability • Willingness to perform operational tasks in the field • Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation • Residence in Quilmes or nearby areas (preferred) • Prior experience in telecommunications or fiber optics (not mandatory) Offered • Initial training • Employment under the UOCRA collective agreement • Immediate hiring Work location: Don Torcuato, Buenos Aires. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary school 1 year of experience Age: between 20 and 40 years Knowledge: Cabling, Fiber optics, Installations, Networks, Telecommunications Driver's licenses: B1
