Your role will involve handling incoming customer calls regarding technical complaints. You must be able to conduct an initial diagnosis of the issue, performing various tests with the customer online, attempting to resolve the problem; if resolution is not possible, you must log the complaint with the appropriate department and/or schedule appointments between the technician and the customer. We value: Availability: To work during weekdays and weekends (1 day off during the week, 1 day off during the weekend). Work experience: Prior experience in support (customer service in technical support, experience in technology/computer stores or mobile/computer repair) (desirable). Education: Students pursuing related fields (systems analyst, programming, software development, computer/programming courses, self-taught ST training) (desirable). Mandatory: Proficiency in PC usage and demonstrable technical knowledge. Mandatory: Availability to work on-site.
