Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls. Conduct effective collection activities. Provide high-quality customer service by resolving inquiries and complaints. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Meet established performance targets. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of VERIFIABLE experience in a Call Center, preferably in collections, customer service, and/or sales. Proficiency in CRM systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems efficiently. Customer orientation and proactive attitude. Teamwork skills and ability to meet objectives.
