The Solution Engineer is responsible for driving end\-to\-end digital solution delivery across multiple countries in Latin America, with particular focus on legacy modernization and third\-party technology adoption initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to architect cutting\-edge solutions that directly impact millions of customers while leading critical, strategic programs that shapes the future of insurance technology in LATAM. Success in this role requires a unique blend of hands\-on technical expertise and strategic solution design skills. The Solution Engineer is responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable digital solutions while ensuring alignment with regional strategies and enterprise standards. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, CX/UX teams, and technology transformation specialists in an environment where innovation drives customer\-centric outcomes. **What you will do in this role…** * Lead the end\-to\-end design and development of digital solutions spanning legacy modernization and new technology adoption * Create architectural specifications and solution blueprints that drive measurable business value through user\-centric design * Oversee critical, strategic projects and across multiple LATAM countries * Manage complex third\-party technology adoption initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing digital ecosystems * Develop technical standards and best practices that support agile, DevOps, and automation methodologies * Coordinate with CX/UX enablement teams to deliver solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency **To help you succeed, you need to have…*** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 5\+ years of digital solution delivery experience * Proficiency in modern web technologies including React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and API integration for building customer\-centric applications * Experience with legacy modernization approaches and third\-party technology integration in enterprise environments * Strong solution design skills with ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures * Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish with proven ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups **And it will be a plus if you have…*** Suggested 8\+ years of experience in digital solution delivery or enterprise application development roles * Experience with IAM solutions, modern tech stack, systems integration in regulated industries * Knowledge of CX/UX design principles and their integration with technical solution delivery * Agile methodology certifications and experience with DevOps practices in continuous delivery environments **Are you passionate about bringing your unique background and skills to a team of talented, diverse people?
