About the role As an Enablement Support Lead – Looker, you will make an impact by designing and delivering enablement content and learning experiences that empower the global Business Intelligence team. You will be a valued member of the Business Intelligence Enablement team and work collaboratively with global stakeholders to drive strategic learning initiatives and content development. **In this role, you will:** Lead and manage enablement forums and assets such as Looker Learnings, Monthly Manager Forums, newsletters, and internal sites. Develop and execute learning resources aligned with the Business Intelligence go\-to\-market strategy. Collaborate with global teams to design and deploy training programs tailored to diverse markets and learning needs. Create high\-quality, original content including blog posts, infographics, videos, and social media assets. Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops to bring learning experiences to life. **Work model:** We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants with some overlap in U.S. time zones. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. **What you need to have to be considered:** Bachelor’s degree in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design practices (e.g., ADDIE), content and learning design. English proficiency at B2 level or above (certified for non\-native speakers). Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences. Experience creating engaging and visually appealing content across multiple formats. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams. **These will help you stand out:** Experience facilitating training sessions and workshops for global audiences. Proven ability to analyze content performance and optimize based on feedback. Editorial, creative, and technical support skills to ensure content consistency and quality. Awareness of trends and best practices in training and development. Experience supporting strategic initiatives in a global enablement or growth context.
