DHL Express Argentina's Operations Department is seeking an **Import Agent.** Based in Buenos Aires, this position will be responsible for reviewing cargo documentation, preparing ATA-level air waybills, and keeping customers informed via arrival and customs notifications. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform timely and accurate cargo clearance. * Track import processes to ensure successful outcomes. * Review shipment documentation and modify waybills as necessary. * Notify customers of arrivals via email or telephone. * Enter data into DHL's internal systems. * Update checkpoints and record daily tasks (EDC). * Request electronic seals for customs monitoring. * Contribute to compliance with GSOP for vehicle and cargo movements. **WHAT YOU BRING** • Education: Completed secondary education. Students pursuing degrees related to International Trade (preferred). * Experience: 1\-2 years of experience in the field. * Knowledge of shipping processes. * Experience in warehouse or logistics tasks. * Proficiency in PC usage. * Teamwork. * Service orientation. * Proactivity. * Organization. **CONNECTING PEOPLE, IMPROVING LIVES**
